What are the office hours?
Monday: 9:30 AM- 3 PM
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Saturday: By Appointment Only Sunday: Closed

What are the access hours?
All storage units are accessible 24/7 year-round.
Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options to best for your needs. You can store with us for a short period or long-term. We ask for 30-days written notice when vacating your unit.

Why use a disc lock?
With every new rental and with your items security in mind, we recommend the use of a disc lock. We offer these locks at our locations. Disc locks were specifically designed for the storage unit industry.  Their rounded design is resistant to the average bolt cutters and are hard to open using standard lock-picking techniques. Plus, our locks are made of solid stainless steel making them rust resistant. Please note that we do not have copies of the keys to your packaged lock, so be sure to keep them in a safe, secure place.

What if I lose the key(s) to my unit lock?
In the case of a lost key(s), please call our office at 413-203-1464 and/or email Jenna@StoreWithGiGi.com to arrange for the lock to be cut. Please note, there is a lock-cutting fee of $75 with higher rates applicable after hours/on weekends. For any unit repair or entry related need (like a cut lock/gate code access), please call our office and/or or email Jenna@StoreWithGiGi.com.
How do I pay my storage bill?
We encourage you to pay your storage bill easily online using a debit or credit card via autopay or by signing into your account prior to the first opf the month. If needed, we can also accept check payments made out to "GiGi's Self Storage." Please note we DO NOT accept cash payments when leasing.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport or state ID. For initial lease-ups, we do need a debit or credit card on file for payment. At time of lease-up we require a security deposit (half of one month's rent) and a one-time $20 move-in fee.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
What type of units do you offer?
We offer drive-up and indoor climate controlled storage units in a variety of sizes to help meet your needs. We also offer outdoor parking spaces for RVs, cars, boats and other vehicles (Easthampton location only).
What security features do you offer?
Our facilities feature 24-hour video surveillance, gate entry/door entry with personalized pin codes, exterior lighting and perimeter fencing.

Do you offer renters insurance for items stored?
Yes! Ask us about how you can further protect your stored items for as little as $9/month.

Can I put a deposit on my unit to hold it?
A $50 non-refundable deposit can be made to hold your unit up to 3 days. The deposit will be credited to your final move-in costs.
